I left my lungs and most of my quads and calf muscles at Greylock, trying to post-hole my way up that climb... if anyone sees them, let me know...

Doublej,

Nice run at the 16-miler. All the snow running we did on Saturday must have woken everything up. Definetly takes all the pressure off.

Bradbury Squall up in Maine went well. I didn't feel very tired after running Whitaker the day before even though it was the first time in a while I'd run two days in a row. I had to fight it out with Greg Talpey who was 4th at the US snowshoe nationals junior division. I got the job done and it was great to help get back into shape. Now that I'm running again it shouldn't take too long before I can help out up front instead of just chasing you.

See you at Sidehiller.

JC
